International Exchange Promotion at Hyogo International House (G-Navi) is now announcing an upcoming event for those who are interested in getting a job in Japan. This event aims to provide a clear idea of your future career in Japan through a vis-a-vis discussion with Japanese and foreign employees.

What should we prepare for now?
Representative Logic and Surprise, Mr. Osumi, will provide a whole picture of how recruitment system in Japan works in order to get you prepared for a successful job-hunting.
Guest Speaker: Japanese employee
Guest speaker will share his 3 years’ experience of working with international employees at his office. There will be an opportunity for a vis-à-vis discussion with a Japanese employee regarding Japanese working environment and career building.
Guest Speaker: Foreign employees
Two foreign employees who successfully got their current jobs in a private company and academia in Japan will share their experience in job-hunting, how they overcame the language barrier and provide some tips in job-hunting as a foreigner. Hopefully those role models will help you have a clear picture of your future career in Japan.
The guest speakers and all the participants will discuss and exchange own views of what they learn in the above sessions, so that it will lead the participants to the right direction for a successful job-hunting.
