Disaster prevention, mitigation, and reconstruction beginning with multicultural coexistence
Disaster and leadership

Earthquakes, typhoons and heavy rain frequently struck Japan. Here in Kobe international city where people come from all over the world, we also had the Great Hansin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995. What are lessons we should have learned from those disasters?
What can we do for the future? Leaders and young supporters who faced on unprecedented disaster and lead disaster recovery assistance in many parts of Japan, will talk about why leadership is so important and how it works in those situations.
